Importing Cities and States into WordPress

In this update, I've completed several tasks to populate our WordPress site with city and state data:

  1. Imported nearly 42,000 cities into the "cities" post type.
  2. Created a state-level template and imported 51 states (including the District of Columbia) into a new "states" post type.
  3. Imported USA data as a single post, which serves as the homepage.
